To join you must agree to follow the code of conduct and agree to be a steve.
You will try to address other members as there steve names.
when you see a non steve member you will try to convince them to join unless they have asked you to stop if they ask you to stop you can and will stop.
You can rise in the steve ranks the sooner you join the better chance you have at getting these ranks.
To invite other people to join you will make a comment with there name the there steve name sir steve or stevenson stevie will review there request to join and if they make it in you will get credit.

The steve website will give you the opportunity to sign up as a steve ofishly which will give you the option to vote on stuff that is where most ranks mater.
After you make your account you will make a requisite sir steve will review your requisites and thin i will add your ranks on to the website which will give you voting power
